Shipping & Delivery Policy

All prices shown ex-VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
1) Where we deliver

UK mainland: next-working-day services available (see cut-off & prices below).

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands: delivered at surcharge/quoted rates and with longer transit times. Typical surcharge zones include AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE.
Free delivery thresholds apply to UK mainland only (excludes Northern Ireland and the zones above).
2) Order cut-off & dispatch

Next Working Day: order by 4:00pm (Mon–Fri).

Orders after 4:00pm or on weekends/Bank Holidays ship next business day.

Saturday / AM / Timed / Sunday deliveries are available at surcharge (quoted at checkout or by our team).
3) Delivery prices (ex-VAT)
UK mainland (excludes NI & surcharge zones):

Free delivery thresholds (net/ex-VAT):

Free Next Working Day (UK mainland only) on orders ≥ £1,400 net.

Free Local Delivery (see area below) on orders ≥ £450 net.
Carriers: DPD, Evri, Royal Mail & UK pallet networks. We’ll select the best service for weight/volumetrics.
4) Local van delivery area

Available for Birmingham, Stafford, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Shropshire (selected postcodes).

Free ≥ £450 net; otherwise £50 ex-VAT.

Scheduled on business days; we’ll confirm the delivery slot by email/SMS.
5) Click & Collect (Telford)
-
Collection point: Eden Horticulture, 10 Hortonwood West, Queensway, Telford, TF1 6AH.

Order online and select Click & Collect. We’ll email when your order is ready.

Bring your order number and photo ID. Collections are by prior confirmation only.
6) Pallets, unloading & access

Deliveries are kerbside; the consignee is responsible for unloading.

Tail-lift can be arranged on request (subject to suitability).

Ensure safe access for vans/artics. Redelivery, waiting time, aborts and re-booking due to access/staffing issues are chargeable at cost.

Pallets/stillages may be charged unless returned in reusable condition.
7) Book-ins, timed & weekend services

Pallet book-in, pre-call, AM/timed, Saturday and Sunday services are available at surcharge. Ask our team or select at checkout where offered.
8) Address changes & reconsignment

After dispatch, address changes / re-routes are subject to carrier availability and additional charges.
9) Damage, shortages & what to do on delivery

If packaging/pallet appears damaged, sign the POD “Damaged” (not “Unchecked”).

Log any damages or missing items within 48 hours via our portal for the fastest resolution:

(Email/phone can’t be used to raise claims.)
10) Dropshipping

We dropship to your end customers via orders placed on our website (neutral paperwork available where supported).

Service levels depend on the delivery address and method selected at checkout.
11) Exceptions & small print

Service levels are best-effort; adverse weather, peak volumes, and network issues can affect transit times.

Prices may be subject to fuel/network surcharges and zone banding for remote areas; we’ll confirm at checkout/quotation.
