Damaged or missing
Within 48 hours of delivery. Sign the courier note as "Damaged" if the box looks damaged.
Pricing query
Within 5 working days of the invoice.
Unwanted or ordered in error
Within 14 days of delivery, unopened and resaleable. A 20% restocking fee applies and you cover carriage.
